Mold

Like rats, cockroaches, and all things that aren’t very pleasant to think about mold has a place in this world. Not all of it is bad for us, in fact quite a few types of mold are necessary for our way of life to continue on. They are the last form of life to interact with living matter that has passed on and they literally take out the trash. This four and one half minute time lapse video of mold living and dying is in its own way a spectacular sight. Everything lives, dies, and somewhere in the middle has a peak. Here’s to cycles.
